The trash icon deletes the selected profile and the contextual menu lets you import/export. Hit '+' under Select Profile to create a new profile.Select your keyboard from the bottom menu, if not already selected.It also means you only have to configure all your macros once. Having profiles for different games and software can help remove the requirement to fine tune the experience should you happen to be switching back and forth.
